Desde la habitación grande, tranquila y luminosa se tiene una hermosa vista de la ciudad, los Andes en el lado opuesto, el jardín, el bosque protegido y un pequeño parque. Se encuentra en la primera planta de una vivienda unifamiliar con un total de 5 habitaciones. Los muebles de madera fueron construidos por los padres de los propietarios. Los suelos de parquet oscuro dan a la habitación un carácter cálido y elegante. La gran puerta de la ventana también ofrece acceso al pequeño balcón privado.

Entrada a la casa Casa Colibrí

En un ambiente privado le ofrecemos una habitación comfortable y espaciosa con una cómoda cama y un gran armario. Incluye un baño moderno y luminoso con ducha a ras de suelo. Para nuestros huéspedes hay dos terrazas, un jardín donde a los colibríes les gusta alojarse y una gran sala de estar con chimenea para uso compartido. El desayuno continental (vegetariano, vegano, sin glutén bajo pedido) y otras comidas se sirven en el comedor o en la terraza inferior. Incluye desayuno y conexión Wi-Fi gratuita.

La casa Casa Colibrí se encuentra sobre la Facultad de Deportes de la Universidad Central, 600 metros al oeste de la Av. Mariscal Sucre (Occidental). En taxi se puede llegar al casco antiguo y a la zona de ocio nocturno (La Zona) en unos 15 minutos. El Teleférico se encuentra a unos 5 minutos. Estaremos encantados de ayudarle con la organización de excursiones por la ciudad y con la planificación de viajes en el país.

From the large, quiet and bright room you have a beautiful view of the city, the opposite Andes, the garden, the protected forest and a small park. It is located on the 1st floor of a detached house with a total of 5 rooms. The wooden furniture was built by the parents of the owners themselves. The dark parquet floor gives the room a warm, elegant character. The large window door also provides access to the private small balcony.

Entrance to the house Casa Colibri

In a private atmosphere we offer you a cozy, spacious room with a comfortable bed and a large wardrobe. This includes a modern, bright bathroom with walk-in shower. For our guests there are two terraces, a garden where hummingbirds like to stay, and a large living room with fireplace for shared use. The continental breakfast (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free on request) and other meals are served in the dining room or on the lower terrace. Breakfast and free Wi-Fi access are included.

The house Casa Colibrí is located above the Sports Faculty of the Central University (Universidad Central), 600 meters west of the Av. Mariscal Sucre (Occidental). By taxi you can reach the old town and the nightlife area (La Zona) in about 15 minutes. Teleférico (cable car) is about 5 minutes away. We are happy to help with the organization of city tours and with the further travel planning in the country.
